Refund and Cancellation

Try before you pay

Every Core PDF installation starts with a 7-day free trial of the full feature set, no payment details needed. We would rather you decide on the trial than pay and feel stuck.

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time, from your account email link or by writing to info@randcore.co.za. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your licence keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for, then drops back to the free viewer. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

Refunds

If Core PDF is not right for you, we offer a full refund of your first payment within 14 days of that payment. Just email us and we will process it back to your card, usually within a few working days.

Renewal payments after the first period are not refundable, because you can cancel any time before a renewal to avoid the charge. If a renewal caught you by surprise, contact us anyway and we will deal with it fairly.

If something is broken

If Core PDF has a fault that stops you using what you paid for and we cannot fix it in a reasonable time, you are entitled to a refund for the affected period. This is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, which we do not try to limit.

For any cancellation or refund, email info@randcore.co.za with the email address you subscribed with. We aim to reply within one working day.
